Location
Verde Mar apartments have wonderful views of the sea; The apartment complex is located in a popular part of the town and is very well maintained.

The 1 & 2 bedroom apartments are situated in a quiet location immediately above the Playa Carabeillo (beach) and only 5 minutes level walk from The Balcon de Europa, Nerja's town centre.

There is an elevator to all floors and there are approximately 5 steps leading to the apartment.

Verde Mar 15 consists of :

Living room :
The open plan living area has plenty comfortable seating with a dining table and chairs. The apartment has a bright fresh feel to it with the terrace leading off the lounge.

Kitchen :
A fully fitted kitchen with all the modern conveniences you need; kettle, oven, toaster, fridge and washing machine.

Bedrooms :
There are 2 bedrooms; 1 double bedroom, the other bedroom has twin beds.

Bathrooms :
There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with overhead shower.

Outside
From the terrace there is a view of the pool, gardens and the sea.
All guests receive a complimentary grocery pack containing all the
basic items you need when you first arrive, all designed to make your
holiday even more relaxing.

You will also find essentials such as fresh linen and bed towels when
you arrive at your accommodation. These are changed on a weekly basis.

Nearest Beach -
Carabeo beach is just below the street, and Nerja's many other beaches are
also within easy walking distance. As one of the smaller beaches, it has a lush
backdrop of tropical plants, palm trees and shrubs. It is a small, more intimate
beach. Carabeo beach is found along the coastal promenade which runs from
 the Balcón to Playa Burriana. It can be reached from the end of Carabeo Street
via a flight of steps.

Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo's is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on.

Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
