 Jardin De Burriana is a premier development of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments located approximately 7 - 10 minutes stroll from Burriana Beach.  Nerja town centre and the famous "Balcon De Europe" and many of the towns´ shops, bars and restaurants are a 15 - 20 minute stroll away. There is also a wide variety of restaurants and cafes on Burriana beach.

Jardin De Burriana No. 13 consists of :

• Livingroom :
  The lounge has a comfy settee with 2 chairs and a dining table and chairs for 4. The terrace leads off the lounge. The lounge has a flat screen SKY TV. There is also free internet connection available.

• Kitchen : 
  A fully fitted kitchen with cooker, washing maching, fridge freezer, microwave and utensils.

• Bedrooms :
  There are 2 bedrooms; one with double bed which has an en-suite bathroom; the other bedroom has twin beds. Both bedrooms have ceiling fans. 

• Bathrooms :
  There is a lovely modern bathroom with a WC, wash basin and shower unit. The other bathroom also has a WC, wash basin and shower.

• Exterior :
  There is a good size terrace that is safe for children, it has table, chairs, sunbeds and a BBQ. The terrace has a view of the communal pool and gardens. 

The apartments in this complex have south and south west facing terraces.

You will also find essentials such as fresh linen and bed towels when you arrive at your accommodation. These are changed on a weekly basis.

Nearest Beach:

Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo's is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on.

Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
