Frontline, south facing apartment , overlooking the Mediterranean with mountain views. Comfortably furnished and with a fully fitted kitchen. There is a large terrace area for relaxing or entertaining. The apartment is located directly in front of Burriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.

Furnished with a sofa and coffee table. Dining area includes a dining table with 4 chairs. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months.

Fully Fitted including oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster.

The bathroom has a bath with shower-over & WC

The terrace has a patio table and chairs for alfresco dining, and 2 sunloungers all with cushions and a sun blind at the sitting room end of the balcony.

Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!

The apartment is on the 1st floor, there is a ramp in the building to reach the property. As it is all on 1 level, and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties.

A cot is available upon request.

There is on Street Parking which is restricted at Peak times.

A supermarket is situated directly below the apartment. Souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.
