1 Bedroom Frontline Burriana Apartment - Nerja

Property Description:

A frontline, south west facing apartment overlooking the Mediterranean sea with mountain views. Comfortably furnished and with a fully fitted kitchen. There is a small private terrace area for relaxing or entertaining. The apartment is located directly in front of Burriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions

Dining Area / Lounge:

The lounge is furnished with a 2 seat sofa (sofa bed), and the dining area has a dining table with chairs. English satellite TV and a DVD player are installed. There is a ceiling fan and heaters are provided during winter months

Kitchen:

Fully Fitted Kitchen including hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster

Bedrooms:

There is one twin bedroom with bedside tables. The twin beds can be pushed together to make a double bed

Bathrooms:

The bathroom has a bath with shower-over & WC

Outside:

The terrace is south west facing and enjoys sea views and sunshine. There is a wind-out sunblind which covers the terrace, should you wish to sit in the shade

Extra Information:

Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!

The property is all on 1 level, and is suitable for children, the elderly or those with walking difficulties.

The apartment is on the ground floor, and there is a ramp in the building to reach the property. A cot is available upon request.

A supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.

Location Information:

Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town. There are many other activities you can partake in; Canyoning, quad biking, fishing, tennis, jeep tours, golf, scuba diving, water sports and many many more.  You will never get bored on your holiday in Nerja. Finally there is the ultimate attraction to this destination which is the famous beaches. The coastline stretches over 13 kilometres which includes the very well known 'Playa Burriana ' which has been awarded with a blue flag on several occasions. For those looking for a little more privacy Nerja also offers secluded beaches surrounded by beautiful coves and rocks offering you that remote island feel.
