Located in Verano Azul - a small and friendly complex with quite a few residents.with secluded gardens and lawned areas.

Comfortably furnished with a fully fitted kitchen. The apartment is located within walking distance toBurriana Beach which has been awarded the Blue Flag of the European Union on numerous occasions.

The lounge is very spacious and leads to the terrace area with views of the gardens, mediterranean sea and mountains.

Fully Fitted Kitchen includingoven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster and a dishwasher too.

Air Conditioning in all Bedroom

1x Double Bedroom, 1x Twin Bedroom & 1x Bedroom with bunkbeds and a pull-out bed.

2x Bathrooms.One en-suite to the double bedroom.

A gated spiral staircase leads to the large roof terrace (with even better views!)

The terracehas adining table with 8 chairs and roof has 6 sun loungers. There is a gas barbecue for your use.

There are two pools on the complex and there is a lifeguard on duty during the Summer months.
Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen changed mid-holiday/weekly for all stays over 7 days!

The apartment is on the 1st floor,andhas two levels including the roof.
A cot is available upon request.

Easy parking and close to shops and restaurants (100m).Souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants all located along the beach front. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.
