2 Bed apartment with convenient central location, close to beaches and town centre.

Quiet position. Ground floor entrance. Shared pool. Sleeps four.
 
This traditional Spanish apartment on two floors with two twin-bedded rooms, living room and new breakfast room/kitchen, forms part of a 25-unit private complex rising to only three storeys. Ground and first floor accommodation provides easy access for all. Only two minutes' walk to Carabeillo Beach (and a further five minutes to the famous Burriana Beach) and a gentle ten minute stroll along Calle Carebeo to the town centre.

Very comfortable accommodation with sunny balcony overlooking well landscaped grounds and private shared pool. If necessary, fans and heaters are provided for summer and winter occupancy, and shutters provide insulation and security. Suitable for family of four or two couples.

First Floor
Living Room:
Comfortably furnished with a pair of two-seater settees and occasional tables, and glass doors to a small Juliet balcony overlooking the street. Satellite TV (Freeview) and DVD player, radio/CD player and fans/heaters.

Kitchen/Breakfast Room:
February 2010: A new kitchen was fitted to include all facilities including hob, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, toaster, etc. plus a wide range of crockery, cutlery, glassware and pots and pans. and four chairs.

Balcony: 
A table and four chairs are provided on a sunny aspect with sunblind
 
Notes on accommodation
The apartment is suitable for all ages there are only five steps leading from the street, and inside is a gentle staircase with handrails. A safe is provided for additional security. We would prefer if there were no pets.

The apartment will have been cleaned prior to your arrival, with fresh linen and towels which can be replaced weekly or a spare set left for those on longer stays. Please bring your own beach towels. It is also worth noting that the communal pool is usually open between May to September although this cannot be guaranteed.

Around the apartment
Outside the front door is a large terrace with orange trees and benches, beyond which is a grassed area leading to a newly renovated privately shared pool with showers/WC.

Parking is on the road, but there is a large public car park only 200m around the corner. Use of a car is not essential (get a bus from MalágaAirport for 5 euros!). A large number of bars and restaurants are within a few minutes' walk.

Nerja / Burriana Beach area
Nerja is an unspoilt small charming town, with pleasant beaches & pretty coves. Narrow streets with an excellent range of shops, restaurants and bars.

Nearby places to visit include the famous Caves at Maro & the picturesque white village of Frigiliana.
