The Apartment is situated on the quieter stretch of the coast, yet only 1km. from the centre of Nerja,and the famous Balcon of Europe
Within 2 minutes walk from the apartment you have a variety of restaurants, 2 small supermarkets, shops, and bars to choose from .
ABOUT THE OWNER
The owner who is English has lived in this part of Spain for the last 38 years. During that time she has travelled extensively in Andalucia, and would be happy to assist or advise you,if you are thinking to travel,on where to stay,and places of interest to visit, during your stay in Nerja.
On the other hand if you are just looking to relax on the beach, you will not need a car. To this end we can arrange for our own private taxi to meet you in the Airport, drive you to the apartment, and be available for you on your return drive back to the airport.

THE AREA
If you were to pick a single region that encomasses the popular image of Spain - Andalucia would be the obvious choice. The white washed villages and towns, along with the sunny beaches and sea breeze, set against a brilliant blue sky, must lead us to the town on Nerja.
Nerja was a former fishing village but this charming Old Town (which is a gentle 10 minutes stroll away) is still a maze of cobbled streets now with the added attraction of fascinating boutiques, and many restaurants. The local countryside and surroundings are spectacular, mountains dotted with Almond, Olive, Avocado trees, but in front of you always the Mediterranean Sea on your doorstep.
Spains largest mountain renage (The snow capped Sierra Nevada) is just two hours drive away, as are the most moorish cities. These include the holy trinity of Arabic heritage - Seville, from where Columbus set sail for the new world, Cordoba with it's famous mosque, and Granada with the beautiful Alhambra Palaces.
