Location

This delightful 2 bedroom apartment is situated within the old part of Nerja and enjoys an enviable position just 50 yards from the nearest beach. If you are looking for high quality accommodation at a reasonable price then this recently refurbished apartment could be for you.

The apartment is situated close to the Parador Hotel, and is within walking distance to all amenities including restaurants, shops and bars . The Balcon de Europa is just a 10min stroll along Calle Carabeo(one of the oldest streets in Nerja) and the Famous Burriana beach is just a 10min stroll in the opposite direction.

A car is not essential as everything is quite literally on your door step, however if you do choose to have a car, there is on street parking or during the busier months there is a large open air car park close by  ( parking charges apply) .

Nerja area
Nerja A popular resort, readily accessible from Malaga and its international airport, with motorway access to within a mile of the town centre. Nestling in the foothills of the mountains, the old town, with its narrow, vehicle restricted, cobbled streets, offers a more relaxed holiday from that found in the big resorts further along the coast. With small picturesque bays, the famous 'Balcon de Europa' promenade, numerous small shops, bars and restaurants, and its wonderful all year round climate, Nerja has something for all seasons, especially for families and the more mature holiday maker.
Local Excursions The Nerja Caves, one of Spain's biggest tourist attractions, are well worth a visit. A extensive network of fascinating underground caverns with the World's biggest stalactites, plus an auditorium and stage where the annual music and arts festival takes place. Nearby is Maro, a picturesque village with panoramic views across the sea and a small, secluded beach invisible from the cliff top. The mountains shelter many small attractive villages, notably Frigiliana with its restored Roman town and narrow vehicle-free cobbled streets. Further afield is the historic city of Grenada with its famous Alhambra Palace (pre-booking advised). Malaga and beyond to Puerto Banus also provide a great day out, as do visits to Mijas, Antequara and the El Torcal National Park.

30% deposit is required at the time of booking, with ramaining balance due 10 weeks before depature.

Please note, this is a non smoking apartment. Ashtrays are provided to use on the terrace.

Towels and linen are provided for use within the apartment. Beach towels are not supplied. Cleaning and Linen changed at begining and end of rental period. Arrangements can be made for linen change at additional cost if required.

Changeover days are usually Saturdays in peak season however we are flexible on this, please feel free to ask.
Entry after 3pm on day of arrival, vacate by 10am on day of departure please.
