Apartments Nerja - 3 Bedroom Holiday Accommodation close to the Town

Nerja is a beautiful Spanish town with great restaurants and this superbly located apartment is 5 minutes walk to the centre of town and the same to the large range of open-air restaurants located at Burriana beach which makes the need for a car entirely optional.

This fantastic apartment looks out over the beautiful garden and swimming pool with uninterrupted views of the Mediterranean together with views to the surrounding coastline of mountains and cliffs.

The apartment has a spacious lounge/dining room with seating for up to 6 people with satellite tv. The lounge has an amazing view over the pool area and med.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a 4 ring stove, freezer, fridge, grill, hob, microwave, oven, washing machine, electric kettle, coffeemaker and toaster.

There is a balcony and a private roof terrace which is accessed from the staircase in the apartment and are both spacious enough to sit and eat. The terrace is approximately 60m2 and the balcony 25m2 with a BBQ that serves as the outdoor space.

There are 3 bedrooms with a maximum capacity of 6 guests.

Outside there are lovely communal gardens and pool, with 2 sunbeds provided to soak up the sun next to the warm Mediterranean sea.

Tuhillo is a traditional white Andalucian apartment block located near the Parador in a residential area of the town with the great advantage of its proximity to restaurants and beaches. A hire car is not essential and the local bus service is very easy to use and incredibly cheap. Taxis are also plentiful and reasonably priced. Guests need to be able to use stair access as the apartment does not have lift access.

Nerja
Nerja has become one of the most popular destinations but it still manages to retain most of its old charm and character from when it was a fishing village. The town has an idealic location as it is at the foot of the 'Sierra Almijara' mountain range providing shelter from the wintery weather and also provides a magnificent setting and backdrop to the villas in the area. This is soon becoming one of the most beautiful spots along the costa del Sol and is only an hour away from Malaga.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometers from Malaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Malaga's Costa del Sol. Once a sleepy fishing village, the town now has a population of over 12,000.

Nerja boasts 16 kilometers of beaches with powdery sand and sparkling clear water. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing.
