This Penthouse apartment stands at the top of this cliffside development in Capistrano Playa. Enjoying unrestricted views of the Burriana Beach and Sea.
Capistrano Playa is a small development housing different styles and designed apartments. It is some 5 minutes walk, down the steps of the cliff side to the beach and approximately 20 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja.

Open plan living and dining area with air conditioning, patio doors leading to the large Terrace, Satellite TV, New 3 piece suite & TV, dining table and chairs

Work spaces, cooker with hob, microwave, toaster, fridge freezer, washer, kettle and iron with ironing board.

One double and one twin bedroom each with drawers and wardrobes. Windows and doors are fitted with insect screens.

Newly furnished bathroom with bath/shower, separate shower, wash basin, WC, heater.
Outside
A large Terrace area is approached via sliding patio doors from the living room and double bedroom. The patio contains a table with four chairs, two sun beds and two reclining chairs. There is also a retractable sun blind to provide shade when required.

This popular beach is overlooked from the apartment Patio and is a 5 minute walk away down through the steps of the complex. There are many bars, shops and restaurants along Burriana Beach including the internationally "Ayos" beach bar.
Town Centre/ Balcon De Europa
The Old Town of Nerja still retains it's Spanish character with narrow (shaded) streets, numerous bars, restaurants, shops and the renowned Balcon de Europa.
