These one and two bedroom apartments offer the most amazing sea views over the mediterranean. Being linked to the Perla Marina Hotel you can book directly through Rent In Nerja as a collaborating agent.
The El Playazo Beach is currently undergoing a complete reform, which is due to be completed by May/ June 2009. The council of Nerja is currently building a New Paseo (Walkway) due to connect to the new Marina which has been passed. The Beach is due to be completely reformed also.
Each apartment is fully equiped with Satellite TV, Air conditioning and heating. The kitchens are also fully equiped which includes a washing machine.
The apartments are priced per unit (not per person).
The 2 bedroom apartments have a full bathroom whereas the 1 bedroom apartments offer a shower room.
