Capistrano Playa - Apartments Nerja

This lovely 1 bedroom spacious apartment is situated on the sought after Capistrano Playa complex, built in traditional Andalusian style and overlooking Burriana Beach. Newly modernised with a large south facing terrace, giving beautiful views of the gardens and the sea.

The large living/dining room is furnished with comfortable modern sofas, a flat screen TV showing most British channels such as sport, films and children's programmes. Patio doors lead out to terrace which is complete with table, chairs and sun loungers and a BBQ.

The new kitchen with black marble tops is equipped with ceramic hob, oven, microwave, fridge, washing machine, and all other amenities provided for your use.

A small hallway leads to the modern bathroom complete with full sized bath and power shower. The spacious double bedroom has fitted wardrobes and lots of drawer space.

A folding single bed is available if required; this can be used either in the bedroom or lounge which has dividing privacy curtains for this purpose.

Fans or heaters are provided depending on the time of year.

The complex is well maintained, there is a small supermarket on site. Burriana Beach can be reached by steps down through terraced gardens with waterfalls and tropical vegetation, or by roadway.

Due to the steps down to the apartment we would not recommend to those with walking difficulties or wheelchair users.

Nerja town centre is 20 minutes walk with the renowned Balcon de Europa, bustling shops, bars, cafes and restaurants.
