This newly modernised and remodelled 2 bedroom apartment is set in the beautiful complex of Capistrano Playa which overlooks the most famous and popular Beach in Nerja, Burriana
The apartment has two good sized bedrooms one double and one twin, the master bedroom has sliding patio doors which lead to a two linked south facing terrace, and from the terraces we have spectacular views of Burriana Beach and the surrounding Aljimara Mountains
 
Kitchen

Newly fitted with granite work surfaces the kitchen has all the appliances needed for those wanting a self catering holiday including a dishwasher

Lounge
 
The open plan living / dining has a 40" LCD TV with cable channels including all free to air and Sky sports and movie channels, also provided are DVD, CD and an iPod docking station
From the lounge patio doors lead you onto a private south facing terrace ideal for those wanting sunshine or evening dining

Master Bedroom
 
The master bedroom has sliding patio doors which lead to a two linked south facing terrace, and from the terraces we have spectacular views of Burriana Beach and the surrounding Aljimara Mountains
Twin Bedroom
 
Twin beds with bedside table, lamp & wardrobe.


Bathroom
The bathroom which also has been recently refurbished to a high standard has a bath and separate corner shower, a washing machine is also provided in the bathroom.
Outside
Access to the apartment is via stairs from the road side above, although the complex does have a lift the access to the apartment would be more difficult for those with walking disabilities and not recommended for wheel chair access
The complex of Capistrano Playa has excellent swimming pool provisions with a separate Toddlers pool, close by there is a local supermarket and bar / restaurant
