LOCATION 

Fuente Vieja is a small development of apartments situated on Avienda Carlos Cano in Frigiliana village. Frigiliana village itself, rich in history, is a beautiful white washed village and once you stroll through the picturesque maze of cobbled streets, you will find plenty of restaurants and bars to choose from for an evening out. Frigiliana is ideal for those wanting to experience village life but still desire the 'buzz' of Nerja only 10 minutes away.

Nerja
Nerja is steeped in local history the Caves at Maro it's most famous of sightseeing attractions.
The Balcon de Europa is the hub of Nerja which comes alive during the evenings especially in the summer months. The Balcon is reached by a maze of small narrow streets with a good selection of shops bars and restaurants lining the way.
There are many festivals celebrated in Nerja throughout the year starting with the 3 Kings Parades on January 5th, February marks carnival season and at Easter there are many religious processions which pass throughout the town. In June, San Juan is celebrated with swimming in the sea at midnight and it is the only night of the year that they allow camping on beaches. October plays host to the Nerja Feria which is a must to visit if staying in Nerja that week.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja boasts one of the best climates in Europe and has grown from a small fishing town into a lively bustling holiday resort but has still retained much of its old charm with small narrow streets that all lead to the famous Balcon De Europa which, during most months of the year plays host to a number of street artists. It is lined with Palm Trees and has a good selection of street cafes in which to sit out at and soak up the atmosphere. From here you can also take a horse and carriage tour of the town.
Nearby in the small village of Maro there are the very famous Nerja Caves which are a must for all visitors and whilst driving there you pass the old viaduct and be on the lookout for the oxen working in the fields.
Seville, Granada, Cordoba, Gibraltar are all within easy reach for a day trip out and bookable locally.
