Situated in a superb location next to Torrecilla Beach and only a couple of minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and the old town of Nerja. The area is full of cafes and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. For slightly more activity, wander through the maze of streets surrounding the Balcon de Europa which are abundant with shops, restaurants and bars.

Nerja / Torrecilla beach area
Nerja is the ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With pretty winding streets full of white washed properties it is a wonderful place to take an evening stroll. The focal point of the town is the 'Balcon de Europa' where holidaymakers and locals alike congregate to enjoy the views and a refreshing drink or two. There are plenty of excellent restaurants and bars in the area many of which offer alfresco dining. For the young set 'Tutti Frutti' square offers many late night bars and dancing until the early hours. There are several good sized beaches and sandy coves, and a number of very good beach bars and restaurants. Recommended excursions include the caves of Nerja in nearby Maro, the white washed 15th century village of Frigiliana and Marinas del Este in La Herradura. In addition, the Al-Hambra Palace in the beautiful old city of Granada.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol is very temperate and has its own micro climate giving plesent conditions throughout the year.
Scattered down the coast sanwiched between the mountains and the sea are numerous whitewashed spanish villages and towns like Competa, Alcaucin Comares and Granada. Granada also boasts a ski resort( 1.5 hours drive away)
Malaga is a vibrant city and was thebirth place of Picasso, where museums etc celebrating this can be found.
Further down the coast can be found Marbella, Puerto Banus and onto Gibraltar.
