Los pinos is a lovely development of one, two and three bedroom town houses. It is situated in a quiet residential street approximately 5 minutes walk from Nerja´s Burriana Beach and 10 minutes walk to the centre of Nerja town. The nearest shops, bars and restaurants are only 3-4 minutes walk away.

The houses share a large communal swimming pool and garden. The houses are on two levels, the ground floor has an open plan layout; access to the private terrace is through the French windows. The bedrooms and bathroom(s) are located on the upstairs level.  

Street parking is available outside the complex.

The villas have their own sun terrace, some villas look on to the swimming pool and garden.

Los Pinos 23 consists of :-.

• Livingroom :
  There is seating for 4, with a dining room table & chairs for 4.

• Kitchen :
  There is a fitted kitchen with washing machine, oven & hob, refrigerator, toaster and kitchen utensils.

• Bedrooms :
  The bedrooms consist of one double bedroom and one bedroom with twin beds.

• Bathrooms :
  There is a family bathroom with WC, bidet, wash basin and bath with overhead shower. There is an additional WC and wash basin.

• Exterior :
  The terrace leads off from the lounge with table, chairs and sunbeds.The communal swimming pool is accessed from the terrace.

 All guests receive a complimentary grocery pack containing all the basic items you need when you first arrive, all designed to make your holiday even more relaxing.

You will also find essentials such as fresh linen and bed towels when you arrive at your accommodation. These are changed on a weekly basis.

Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo's is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on.

Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
