Description
Bajamar I is a small private development with its own swimming pool and tropical gardens. Most of the pueblo style town houses have large patios enjoying excellent daytime sun, located approximately 5 minutes stroll away from Burriana Beach and 10-15 minutes level stroll from Nerja town centre.
There is a communal pool set within the communal gardens. There are communal sunbeds
Street parking is available outside the complex.
The villas have their own sun terrace which looks on to the swimming pool and garden.

There is light and airy open plan lounge with plenty of comfortable seating, also a dining table and chairs for 4.

The kitchen has fridge, microwave, hob, oven and washing machine.

There are 2 bedrooms; a double bedroom and a twin bedroom.
- Bathrooms :
There is a family bathroom with WC, wash basin and bath with overhead shower. There is a separate cloakroom with WC and wash basin.

The patio leads off from the lounge, here you have a table and chairs.
All guests receive a complimentary grocery pack containing all the basic items you need when you first arrive, all designed to make your holiday even more relaxing.
You will also find essentials such as fresh linen and bed towels when you arrive at your accommodation. These are changed on a weekly basis.
Nearest Beach -
Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo's is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on.
Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
