La Hacienda is an urbanisation of privately owned attached villas. They comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom and are located around the communal pool and garden.
The urbanisation is located less than 5 minutes walk from Burriana Beach and approximately 10 minutes walk to Nerja town centre.
This is a 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom villa. There are two double bedrooms on the first floor via a spiral staircase and a twin bedroom on the second floor with an exit out on to the roof terrace. There are two bathrooms.
The villa has sea and mountain views from the private roof terrace as well as views to the pool and gardens.
Because of the spiral staircase it is not really suitable for very small children or elderly clients.
