Holiday Villas Nerja - 3 Bedroom holiday Villa with shared pool
La hacienda is a lovely development of one, two and three bedroom town houses. The complex is built in an oval shape with the communal swimming pool and gardens in the centre and the houses positioned around the pool. The development is secure and private.
La Hacienda is located approximately 5 minutes stroll away from Burriana Beach and 10 minutes level stroll from the town´s main square, the famous "Balcon De Europe" and many of the towns´ shops, bars and restaurants.
There is a communal pool set within the communal gardens.
Street parking is available outside the complex.
The villas have their own sun terrace which looks on to the swimming pool and garden.
La Hacienda No.36 consists of:-
- Livingroom :
The open plan living area has plenty seating and a dining table for 6.
- Kitchen :
There is a fitted kitchen with refrigerator, oven & hob, microwave and kitchen utensils.
- Bedrooms :
The upstairs consisting of one twin bedded room one double bedroom and two bathrooms. On the third level is a another twin bedded room that has access to the main sun terrace which looks out onto the communal swimming pool and garden and provides spectacular sea and mountain views. This area would perhaps not be so suitable for very young children or elderly guests because of the spiral staircase.
- Bathrooms :
There are 2 bathrooms; on the first floor there is one family bathroom with wash basin, WC and bath with overhead shower. The second bathroom is a shower room located on the ground floor, there is also a cloakroom with WC.
- Exterior : Two terraces, one small terrace and one large with pool, gardens, sea & mountain views.
All guests receive a complimentary grocery pack containing all the basic items you need when you first arrive, all designed to make your holiday even more relaxing.
You will also find essentials such as fresh linen and bed towels when you arrive at your accommodation. These are changed on a weekly basis.
Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. It is the largest beach and most famous beach in the area. It is also the most commercial of all Nerja's beaches. There are an abundance of restaurants and bars to choose from serving high quality authentic cuisine throughout the day and evening. A visit to Ayo's is a must to sample the paella that is cooked in the open. Burriana is a wide beach composed of a mixture of fine sand and pebbles, making it easy to walk on.
Palm umbrellas and sun-beds can be hired here, there are toilets and showers available and there are plenty of watersports and activities on offer including introductory scuba diving and day cruises along the coast. Along the beach there are a number of play areas for the younger ones. It is a great beach for families and couples.
