Situated in an upmarket residential area, on a typical Spanish complex, this townhouse is just 10 minutes walk to the town centre and Burriana beach. The property is within easy reach of all amenities and would suit families who want a quiet location. 
 
The lounge / dining room, on the ground floor, is comfortably furnished with a 3 seater sofa-bed, a 2 seater sofa, extendible dining table & 4 chairs, English Satellite TV & DVD.
 
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a washing machine, breakfast table & 2 chairs.  

The bedrooms are on the upper level of the property and have ceiling fans. Bedroom 1 has a double bed, a safe & French doors leading out to a small balcony. Bedroom 2 has a double bed, a single bed and enough room for a cot if necessary. (There is a double sofa bed in the lounge too.)
 
The family shower room is brand new and has a large shower, vanity unit & WC. There is also a downstairs WC /shower room with half sized bath ideal for bathing young children.
 
The shaded private terrace at the front of the house has an outside dining table & 5 chairs perfect for al fresco dining.
 
The complex boasts a wonderful pool with a safe children's area and a lifeguard in the summer season.
 
Towels and linen are supplied. You only need beach towels. Linen is changed weekly. An additional service is available by arrangement.

The property is on 2 levels, and is suitable for families with children of any age. A cot is available upon request.

A 5-10 minute walk takes you to the famous Burriana Beach, where you will find a supermarket, souvenir shops, ice cream parlours, bars and restaurants. If you walk into the town (5 minutes) you have a choice of over 350 bars and restaurants. Therefore, a car is not essential.
 
Nerja market is on Tuesdays and Sundays. Frigiliana market is on Thursdays.
 
Playa Burriana beach is the pride of Nerja with its European Blue flag award for safe swimming. This 800 metre beach is the largest in Nerja and has many holiday apartments and villas to rent which overlook this popular beach. There are many restaurants and cafes all easily accessible from the long promenade, some of which serve the best fish recipes on the Costa del Sol - the paella's cannot be missed!! The small coves below the impressive cliffs of Maro have been the inspiration of numerous artists and photographers alike, which make this part of town a must.
