Villas Nerja - 3 Bedroom Self Catering Holiday Villa in the Heart of Nerja
La Hacienda is an urbanisation of privately owned attached villas. They comprise of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom and are located around the communal pool and garden.
The urbanisation is located less than 5 minutes walk from Burriana Beach and approximately 10 minutes walk to Nerja town centre.
There are three bedrooms all twins on the second floor via a spiral staircase with an exit out on to the roof terrace. One of the bedrooms has air conditioning and a ceiling fan - one of the others also has a ceiling fan and the top floor has a free standing fanThere are two bathrooms,
one full bathroom, one shower room.
A lovely 3 bedroom house about 5 minutes' walk from Burriana beach and around 10 minutes' walk from the centre of Nerja.
The house is spacious and well-equipped with a large lounge and two terraces (one on the ground floor and the other on the roof). From the roof terrace there are wonderful sea and mountain views as well as views down to the garden and communal swimming pool. There is English TV here.
It should be mentioned that there is an internal spiral staircase that runs from the ground floor to the top floor. This does not pose a problem to most guests, but could be awkward for those with mobility problems
The villa has sea and mountain views from the private roof terrace as well as views to the pool and gardens.
Because of the spiral staircase it is not really suitable for very small children or elderly clients.
