A two bedroom air conditioned villa, with two terraces that overlook the pool. This villa also has the benefit of a self-contained studio apartment situated beneath the main villa.

The villa is bright and very spacious. The lounge is large with French doors leading out on to the terrace area and small garden area reached by a few steps from the terrace. The rear gate leads directly to the pool area. The terrace is very private and has new outdoor furniture to relax upon. There is also a roof terrace with spectacular views of Jardines de Nerja, it's pool and gardens and the Mediteranean Sea.

The lounge has T.V, and two leather sofas, fireplace. The kitchen is big and bright with a small dining area included. The kitchen units are modern with fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, oven/hob, and dishwasher.

The bedrooms comprise of a double and a twin, each having a small balcony accessed by the French doors.

The bathroom has bath/shower, W.C, & basin. There is a W.C and basin on the ground floor. Also an additional bed can be requested to give a maximum occupancy of 5.

There is also a large roof terrace with BBQ area and pool/ sea views.

The studio apartment has 2 entrances one at the front and one at the back making it independent of the main villa, It also has a shower room with wc and handbasin. Ideal for a large family, teenagers who want a little independence or two separate families.

Nerja area
Nerja is unspoilt by high-rise holiday development and retains its unique Andalusian character of whitewashed houses, windows with grilles, roof with two slopes etc. Nerja is not just a summer resort; it retains its unique charm all year round claiming the best climate in Europe. This is in part due to the surrounding Almijara mountains with its pine-clad slopes which shelter the resort and provide stunning views and ideal countryside for walkers. Nerja boasts many small coves reached by walking the Paseo de los Carabineros from Burriana to the Balcón.
