A two bedroom villa, with two terraces that enjoy beautiful sea views.

The villa is bright and very spacious. The lounge is large with French doors leading out on to the terrace area and small garden area reached by a few steps from the terrace.

There is a rear gate that leads directly to the pool area. The terrace is very private and has new outdoor furniture to relax upon. There is also a roof terrace with spectacular views of Jardines de Nerja, it's pool and gardens and the Mediteranean Sea.

The lounge has T.V, and two leather sofas, fireplace. The kitchen is big and bright with a small dining area included. The kitchen units are modern with fridge/freezer, Washing Machine, toaster, kettle, oven/hob.

The bedrooms comprise of a double and a twin, each having a small balcony accessed by the French doors. The bathroom has bath/shower, W.C, & basin. Also a cot can be requested to give a maximum occupancy of 5.

Nerja area
Nerja is located between the Almijara mountains and the sea , and is relatively unspoilt , local fishermen still launch their boats from the small local beaches and the town is virtually unchanged by tourism , with narrow winding passages and whitewashed houses. There are many restaurants offering a wide variety in cuisine.
Nerja is a favourite for walkers, particularly for the coastal walks or in the Almijara mountains immediately behind the town.
Jardines de Nerja is situated in a beautiful private estate which is with Capistrano village. The fully established gardens create a pleasant and peaceful surrounding.

Nerja caves, a spectacular series of underground caverns is less than 2 miles away and a short drive into the mountains is the white washed village of Frigiliana, completely Moorish in its character and considered one of the prettiest villages in Analucia.
Granada and Alhambra ,one of the famed seven wonders of the world together with the Sierra Nevada mountains are 90 mins drive away. Seville , Cordoba and Gibraltar are within a days drive, as are the white washed mountain villages of the Alpujarras.
