Our attractive one-bedroom pueblo (village) style town house in the delightful district of San Juan de Capistrano, Nerja, is set at the top of a small cluster of houses and directly borders the National Park, so the kitchen window looks out on to open country. Access from the parking area is via a gentle flight of steps with a parallel ramp for pushchairs etc.

The large 26 square metre private, South-West facing terrace is partly open and partly roofed over to provide a choice of shade or sun, and has an unbelievable view over Nerja and about 3km of coastline. The house is only 250m from the fabulous communal pool, which is open from May - October.

The open plan accommodation comprises fully fitted kitchen,dining area, lounge with sofa bed, easy chair, and French windows which open on to the terrace. The bathroom has shower, W.C, wash basin, and washing machine. The double bedroom has a built-in wardrobe and French windows which also open on to the terrace.

Nerja / San Juan de Capistrano area
Nerja remains a scenic and unspoilt location and is still Costa Del Sol's hidden secret, untouched by development and surrounded by magnificent mountain scenery, with excellent shops, bars and restaurants. Much of Nerja's charm come's from the narrow winding streets and whitewashed buildings. You can relax the full year round with Nerja's warm climate and enjoy a town which still retains it character of its Moorish past.
There are 9km of beaches, including the internationally famous Burriana Beach, and Torricella blue flag beaches, Within walking distance we have the Caves of Nerja an unforgettable experience. 6km by bus or car, you have the pretty whitewashed villages of Friglianna, Torrox and Competa.
San Juan de Capistrano is close to the Natural Park for country walks, there are tennis courts ten minutes walk away, several horse-riding centres, activity centres for canoeing, snorkelling diving and other activities.
In the winter season skiing in the Sierra Nevada is about 2 hours away.

Long a favourite destination, the Costa del Sol offers clean beaches and unbeatable sunshine. Torremolinos attracts a younger crowd, with sweeping beaches, shopping centres and thriving discos.
