Tamango Hill is situated just 5 minutes drive west from the centre of Nerja and commands beautiful views over the sea and mountains.

The house is approximately 500 metres from the beach. The villa is south facing and is built on three levels. There is a front courtyard and the double doors open to a hall. Stairs lead up to 3 bedrooms and a bathroom. Steps lead down from the hall to an open planned lounge dining room with feature fireplace and kitchen. A staircase leads down to the garden level where there is another living room, double bedroom and shower room. Off the main living room is a terrace and beyond is a garden with a private swimming pool. The property is decorated to a high standard, all furniture and furnishings.
 
Nerja has everything from the amazing mountain views, Meditteranean sea, local rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive
 
The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana
