Villas Nerja - 2 Bedroom Holiday Villa Rental in NerjaThis lovely 2 bedroom Villa benefits from a Main terrace area as well as a Juliet balcony which is accessed from the lounge. There is a small garden area to front and rear of the property. There is a Large sunny terrace which offers recliners for you to relax on while enjoying the view as well as table chairs and a barbecue.
Accommodation
Living Room: Double aspect with sofa, chair, cable TV, CD and radio. Access to large sunny terrace. Ceiling fan. Wall safe. Sofabed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite worktops and breakfast bar, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Iron/ironing board.
Bedroom 1: with double bed, fitted wardrobe and garden access.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds, fold away bed, fitted wardrobe and garden access.
Bathroom 1: with bath/shower, sink and WC. Washing machine.
Bathroom 2: with shower sink and WC.
We provide electric oil filled radiators for winter use as well as fans for summer use. We can offer Cots (at an additional3 euro per night) and highchairs (2.20 euro per night). These can be arranged for you, payment for this is made locally.
The Communal swimming pool is within 30 yards from the accommodation.
The Main "Blue Flag" Burrianna beach is no more than 8 minutes walk from the Villa, with all its amenities e.g. diving, beach sports, boat trips and internet cafe. Burriana Beach offers many shops, bars and restaurants. Here there are showers, sun beds and pedalos available. This is just one of many beaches available.

Nerja is an ideal holiday destination with something for everyone. With it's pretty winding streets and whitewashed houses. The main area of the town is the Balcon de Europe with bars and restuarants close by. Burrianna beach with its many bars and restuarants is just a short walk away.
