This lovely 2 double bedroom villa benefits from a main terrace area as well as a 'Juliet' balcony, both accessed from the lounge. There are small, private gardens to the front and rear of the property. The large, sunny terrace has a table and chairs and a built in brick BBQ as well as recliners, for you to relax on while enjoying the stunning views over mountains, farmland and sea.
Accommodation
Living Room: Double aspect with sofa, chair, cable TV, CD and radio. Access to large sunny terrace. Ceiling fan. Wall safe. Sofabed.
Kitchen: Fully equipped with granite worktops and breakfast bar, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Iron/ironing board.
Bedroom 1: with double bed, fitted wardrobe and garden access.
Bedroom 2: with twin beds, fold away bed, fitted wardrobe and garden access.
Bathroom 1: with bath/shower, basin and WC. Washing machine.

We provide electric oil filled radiators for winter use as well as fans for summer use. Cots and highchairs are available.

Chumbera is a small development of ten privately owned villas and apartments. The grounds are immaculately maintained, as is the swimming pool, which is less than 30 yards from the accommodation. The location is very quiet and yet is only a short walk from facilities. Safe parking is adjacent to the property.
The Main "Blue Flag" Burriana beach is no more than 8 minutes walk from the villa, with all its amenities e.g. diving, beach sports, boat trips and internet cafe. Burriana Beach offers many shops, bars and restaurants. Here there are showers, sun beds and pedalos available. This is just one of many beaches available.
