Villas Nerja - 3 Bedroom Accommodation close to the centre of Nerja

Our three bed-roomed townhouse is ideally situated at El Chorrillo off Calle Carabeo, in the Parador area of Nerja, in a small urbanisation with communal gardens and pool. It is situated near all the shops and amenities that Nerja has to offer and the Balcon de Europa is only a 5 minutes walk away.

Fully furnished throughout, with a sunny garden patio ideal for eating outdoors or barbecuing. A small roof terrace with a sea view with sun-beds, chairs & awnings, ideal for days when you don't want to go to the beach, although the beach, Playa Carabello is only 300 metres (two minutes) away and leads into Burriana Beach with bars, restaurants and water sports. Malaga airport is just forty miles away by motorway.

Our townhouse consists of:
3 bedrooms with Spanish style white fitted wardrobes, and sleeps six
A large white fitted kitchen containing, fridge freezer, microwave, iron, coffee maker etc. All electric, so no gas bottles!

An open bright lounge and dining area with Scandinavian glass table and leather chairs, which leads out into the garden patio. Fully equipped with Sky television, CD player, DVD player, board games and books.
Marble floors and stairs.

A bathroom with bidet, toilet and shower and hair dryer on the first floor and a guest toilet on the ground floor
Garden patio furnished with large table and 6 chairs, barbecue and awnings for shade                                 

The roof terrace has two sun-beds and chairs, partial sea view, drying facilities, and awnings.

A private small communal swimming pool within the small complex for residents and guests use only. Free car park just around the corner.
