This magnificent Villa, is one of the few Villas in Nerja situated at sea level, with a beautiful beach just one hundred metres away from it, as is the local supermarket.
 
Even more to the point, there are several excellent restaurants close by on the beach!
 
The town centre is only a ten minute walk away, or you can catch the local bus, which stops nearby every half hour; so a car is not essential.
 
We have a 6m x 3m private pool, which catches the sun all day, as do our various terraces bult in to this property. The Villa is furnished to a very high standard, including marble floors and designed with the main living area on the first floor, in order to be able to view the fantastic views of the sea and the surrounding mountains.
 
We can accommodate four people, with one double bedroom, and one twin bedroom, also with one bathroom and a seperate guests toilet.
