This large detached villa is located in a quiet urbanisation just over a mile to the shops in Nerja town centre and only 1.2km to the beach. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

The Accommodation
The accommodation, which is on three levels, comprises of an entrance hallway with stairs to first floor where there is one double bedroom, two twin bedrooms and a family bathroom. Further stairs lead up to a spacious roof terrace having sea views. On the ground floor there is a spacious lounge with fireplace, a separate dining room, a kitchenette and a shower room. From the hallway, stairs lead down to a spacious open plan suite consisting of a large living / dining room, with a ten-seat wooden table and an American style high quality fitted kitchen. At this level there is a master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, a further twin bedroom and a family bathroom. Access to the terraces and pool area is available from this suit. The villa is furnished to a high standard and is well equipped throughout. Entertainment is provided by a Satellite TV including 4/5 english channels and a music system.

OutdoorsOutside the 6m x 5m swimming pool is surrounded by spacious sun terraces. On a higher level, there is brick built BBQ and patio furniture to enjoy 'Alfresco' dining. The sun terraces can be accessed directly from the ground floor level or the lower suit. Sun beds and parasols are provided. The villa is enhanced by ornament gardens and a selection of large pot plants and shrubs. An idea location for a relaxing family holiday.

Nerja area
A Nerja villa rental is a great way to enjoy this popular resort. Nerja is set against the dramatic backdrop of the Sierra de Tejeda mountain range. The focal point of the town is the magnificent marble-paved promenade, Le Balcón de Europa, which protrudes on a rocky outcrop between two bays.

It is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy -- a favourite with children and parents alike.

There are a number of superb Blue flag beaches and rocky coves to explore in Nerja. One of the most popular being the 'Burriana Playa' with its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.

Although there are around 350 bars and restaurants in Nerja, it still retains its charm and genuine Spanish character.

A few kilometres east of are the famous Cuevas de Nerja with many prehistoric cave paintings and the longest stalactites in the world, many of which are 63m long.
