The old house is a traditional Andalucian house which has been completely refurbished and expanded. It can comfortably sleep up to 6 people and offers three bedrooms and three bathrooms.
 
In the ground floor there is a very cosy courtyard which offers amazing  views over the beach and mediterranean, the living room has an open fireplace, the dining room with views over the sea and two bedrooms with two bathrooms. In the upper floor there is another  main room with an independent bathroom.
 
The old house has electrical heating along with a fully-fitted, electric kitchen.
 
The size of the house is 145 m2 and courtyard of 160 m2 .

Location
Located in the heart of Nerja, this beachfront villa is on the street Capitán Hernando de Carabeo. This
is a traditional fisherman's street that still feels like a typical Andalucian town.

Being only 5 minutes walking distance from the Balcon de Europa and the central town square, the location couldn't be any better.

With magnificent views of the Mediterranean Sea from the gardens, there is access to Carabeo Beach
right next to the villa.
