Villa Manzano - Nerja Rentals

This villa has been decorated with a luxurious, elegant feel and is extremely spacious. It is conveniently located only a short walk away from Nerja town and the beach.It has a private swimming pool with splendid views to the sea.

The main living area of the villa is set on the first floor to maximise the wonderful views to the sea. It has an exceptionally large open plan living and dining room with high ceilings, A/C and ceiling fans. Patio doors open up to a covered terrace facing the pool.

The kitchen is open plan to the dining area and is well equipped for a self-catering holiday. It has a small breakfast table and a door leading to the covered terrace.

The villa has two lovely bedrooms.
The master bedroom is very spacious, has a double bed and a separate bathroom.
The other bedroom has twin beds and an en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms are equipped with air-conditioning units for extra comfort.

Patio doors from the living room and dining room lead to a covered terrace with patio furniture providing two seating areas, there cushions for the sun loungers & Chairs 

There is a large sunbathing terrace surrounding the 6x4 metre pool (3-6 ft deep), which is entered by a ladder.

The barbecue area can be shaded by a marquee and provides panoramic views to the sea.
The lower level of the house has a private parking area and is surrounded by beautifully tended gardens with palm trees, olive trees and sumptuous bouganvillas.

The pool is South facing . There are a number of steps to access the villa from the front or you can access from the rear of the villa without steps so it is suitable for wheelchairs.

The villa is located only 1.5 kilometre away from the centre of Nerja, which is a walk down the hill. However, there is a bus, which leaves on a regular basis here into Nerja town.

Nerja is set on a mountainside and is most famous for its "Balcon de Europa". This is a fantastic viewpoint built into the cliff with spectacular views to the sea.

The town centre is lovely with white-washed houses, cobblestone streets and a good choice of restaurants. From here you can also take a romantic horse carriage ride.

There are several beaches along the coast of Nerja. The biggest one is Burriana beach and offers a wide range of tourist facilities ranging from water sport activities to small supermarkets, bars and restaurants. A car is not considered essential for this property.
