Casa Fresas is a lovely two bedroom Andalusian style house located in the quiet complex of Chumbera Hill. A small style group of 15 villas, with narrow walk ways and cascading water features.
Casa Fresas is a light, airy villa furnished throughout to a good standard. The lounge has a feature fireplace, comfortable sofas and dining area. The sofa/chairs convert into beds allowing a maximum of 6 people to holiday here.
The property has been designed to take advantage of the surrounding unspoilt scenery that opens out from the lounge terrace. This terrace has a BBQ and plenty of space to enjoy the spectacular mountain and sea views.
Both twin bedrooms are well furnished, the main bedroom has a small terrace to catch the afternoon sun.
The bathroom has a walk-in shower, sink and W.C.
The modern kitchen is fully fitted with all appliances for those wanting to self cater, also with a dishwasher.
Access to the communal swimming pool is through a locked gate ensuring privacy to guests of the complex, surrounding the pool there are plenty of chairs and sun loungers.
The villa is situated less than 5 minutes drive from Nerja town centre and Burriana Beach.
