This villa is maintained to a high standard and enjoys the private tranquil setting at Jardines De Nerja with its beautiful gardens and communal pool.
The spacious open plan lounge is well furnished with TV showing some sky TV channels. Leading out from the lounge through French patio doors is a private garden and patio equipped with table, chairs and sun loungers.
The well fitted kitchen with appliances including a dishwasher and washing machine has views to the garden and pool area.
Upstairs there are two bedrooms with twin beds and fitted wardrobes. Family bathroom with bath, shower, W.C and sink.
Stairs leading up to the private roof terrace, with table and chairs giving spectacular views across Nerja and the Mediterranean Sea.
On the lower ground floor is a separate studio apartment with twin beds, shower room and kitchen. The apartment is not let separately from the main house but gives you the choice of renting as either a 2 or 3 bedroom property with a maximun of 6 guests.
The apartment is charged at £75 per week extra from the villa and £100 extra per week in August only.
