This villa for rent in teh Costa del Sol is located to West of Nerja , 8 km away from the center of the resort in a Natural Protected area. It is above cliffs and coves with clean and crystal clear water.

It is possible to access from the villa to the quiet beach seted just below throught a small and land way not suitable for childrens or elderly people.

The surrounding beaches are very close, as the "Molino de Papel "beach, within 2 minutes driving and 10 minutes walking.

The house offer parking for three cars inside the plot. The main gate door leads to the large and lawned garden with an uninterrupted sea views .The big and shady porch with south facing inviting for al fresco dining or a siesta. In the west side is the small pool, which is completly fenced and is accessed up by a ladders.

From the pool , which is set in an elevated position you will enjoy of the magnificent panoramics that this villa offers. Two BQQ builts in are availables . One in the west side of the property and the big one in the back of the accommodation . Sunbeds and patio furniture are availables. The washing machine and the electric heater are located in an outer room

The accomodation is decorated in a Andalusian rustic style, with a basic standard furnishings but enough for a comfortable holidays.
The accomodattion which is all in one level comprises a living room having
three-seater sofa and two armchairs, built in fireplace, dining room and the fitted open kitchen including diswasher, microwave and oven

From the lounge is accessed the hallway which distribute the rest of the rooms. On the left is the main bedroom with en suite shower room. On the other side of the hallway are the family bathroom and the twins bedrooms.

The entertainment are provied in the lounge by TV, Tv sattelite and DVD.

Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town. There are many other activities you can partake in; Canyoning, quad biking, fishing, tennis, jeep tours, golf, scuba diving, water sports and many many more.  You will never get bored on your holiday in Nerja. Finally there is the ultimate attraction to this destination which is the famous beaches. The coastline stretches over 13 kilometres which includes the very well known 'Playa Burriana ' which has been awarded with a blue flag on several occasions.
