Three- bedroom villa just 500 meters from the beach Ideal for families or group of friends who want to enjoy beach and at the same time of the privacy of a house with private swimming pool.
Location
The villa is located in a complex of houses of recent construction to the west of Nerja, just 10 minutes driving to the center of the village. The beach of "Calaceite," a small beach but with a lot of charm, is situated at 500 meters from the house so it is possible to make the way on foot . Other beaches nearby are only 5 minutes from the property.
Outdoor:
To access the pool area and the main entrance for the house must be go up from the by stairs. Already at the top we find garden furniture (tables and chairs), sunshades and sunbeds. Portatil BBQ is available. Overlooks the sea, mountain and surrounding areas. Parking for one car is inside the plot. outdoor parking on the street is available.
Interior and Distribution:
The villa is built on two levels. In the ground floor there is a lounge dining room (with one single sofa bed and AIR- CONDITIONING), the open kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom built under the ladder. In the upper floor is a double bedroom with terrace and sea views , a twin bedroom and a bathroom
The living room is fitted with TV, Satellite TV and DVD.
