Property Description:

This recently constructed modern detached villa is conveniently located in the Punta Lara residential area close to the Hotel Marinas de Nerja.  The centre of Nerja is just a few minutes' drive away whilst the beach, shops and restaurants near the Hotel Marinas de Nerja  are within easy walking distance

Dining Area/Lounge:

The main living area on the first floor can be reached by internal stairs from the garage or external stairs from the street. The first level comprises a spacious well furnished lounge/dining room, with feature enclosed fireplace and comfortable sofas

Entertainment is provided by Satellite TV, DVD player and a music system

Kitchen:

A separate fitted kitchen, having stainless steel appliances. There is a microwave, fridge, freezer, dishwasher and washing machine

Bedrooms:

Stairs from the hall lead to the upper level, having a master double bedroom with en-suite shower room and balcony, two twin bedrooms

Bathrooms:

a superb Jacuzzi family bathroom

Outside:

Outside you can find a private pool, 5 x 3m, a BBQ and parking spaces

At street level, accessed through security gates, there is a drive way and play area leading to a large garage, which has an electrically operated door. Inside is the utility area with a washing machine.

Double doors from the living room allow access to the sun terrace and swimming pool with east facing and with poolside shower. An array of exotic potted plants and shrubs decorate the external areas of the villa. The BBQ is set in the back of the house. Patio furniture, sun beds and parasols are provided. Off road and garage parking is available for up to four cars. From the sun terrace there are excellent sea and countryside views towards Nerja town

Location Information:

Nerja is on the seashore some 50 kilometres from Málaga on the N340 coastal highway, and marks the eastern tip of Málaga's Costa del Sol. All major water sports are available here, including water skiing, scuba diving and sailing. Flanked by a dramatic mountain range, Sierra Almijara, to the east, the town has, fortunately, managed to avoid being blighted by the concrete high-rise scenario which has been the inevitable result of the tourist boom in some of the coastal resorts. However, the heart of Nerja is its spectacular Balcón de Europa, the "Balcony of Europe", a magnificent promenade along the edge of a towering cliff, once the site of the great Moorish castle, with sweeping panoramic views of the Mediterranean and the small coves and beaches below, against an awesome backdrop of hazy blue mountains. There are plenty of restaurants and cafes here to choose from, and the visitor can hire a horse-drawn carriage to explore the most romantic corner of the town. There are many other activities you can partake in; Canyoning, quad biking, fishing, tennis, jeep tours, golf, scuba diving, water sports and many many more.  You will never get bored on your holiday in Nerja. Finally there is the ultimate attraction to this destination which is the famous beaches. The coastline stretches over 13 kilometres which includes the very well known 'Playa Burriana ' which has been awarded with a blue flag on several occasions. For those looking for a little more privacy Nerja also offers secluded beaches surrounded by beautiful coves and rocks offering you that remote island feel.
