It has a very spacious lounge looking out to the sunny terraces and the private pool, which is 30ft x 12ft. Also all in the same level is a BBQ area and roof terrace with views to the sea and mountains.
The property faces South so you get the sun all day. The villa is situated in a quiet residential area, but still walking distance to Nerja's town centre and beaches - around 5/10 minutes walk to everything. It is also very private. The villa also benefits from Satellite TV and a washing machine.
