This beautiful house is situated just 200 metres above Burriana beach, located in a quiet residential area and is in walking distance to Nerja's town centre.

The property sleeps 4 people offering one double bedroom with shower room en suite, air conditioning and heating and one twin bedroom, as well as another fully equipped shower room. The two bedrooms look out onto a patio decorated plants. There is a well equipped kitchen with Oven & hob, microwave, fridge and freezer - all electric.

Large lounge/dining room with SatelliteTV and air conditioning/heating and open fireplace for the winter. Large patio doors lead to a breakfast terrace which looks out to the sea and mountains. A spiral staircase leads to a totally private roof terrace with a splash pool, barbeque area and views all around.

The kitchen is separate From the lounge /dining room , as you enter a pasage then to your left is the kitchen About 10 ft x 10ft . then the through lounge which is 15 ft Wide x 20 ft long .,then there is a Terrace from the lounge which is 15 ftx10 ft .In this terrace is a spiral stairs to the roof etrrace with splash pool. Terrace is 15ftx 20 ft .In the lounge is another stairs down to the double bedroom about 8ftx 14 ft , ensuite is the shower /bathroom About 5ft x 6 ft . Then there is a twin bedroom 8 ftx 7 ft . plus a hall and second bathroom of about 6x6 ft . In the lower floor is a washing machine and electric water heater. From the double bedroom are patio doors to another terrace 12ftx 12 ft .

House linen is provided, please bring your own beach towels.
