The balcony to one side of the villa has a panoramic view of the countryside and towards the mountains. The front balcony overlooks the private swimming-pool and views of the sea and even Africa on a clear day. There is also a large terrace to the front with barbeque. it also has a 240 square meters garden.

Below is a separate, self-contained apartment with a well equipped kitchen, bathroom, lounge/dining room and two bedrooms, with two single beds and a double bed. In the grounds surrounding the house are mature fruit trees including apricots, peaches, cherries and grape vines. There is a car-port and large storeroom with washing machine. The villa is fully furnished and equipped.

The house is in one of Nerja's most select areas on the road to Burriana beach; the beach itself is half a mile away and the town centre just one mile. House linen is provided but please bring your own beach towels.
