This large detached villa is located in a quiet urbanisation just a few minutes drive from Nerja town and the beaches. It is constructed on a very large plot and benefits from magnificent sea and coastal views. There are a number of shops and restaurants within walking distance.

Accommodation
The accommodation is all on one level, accessed by a flight of steps to a small covered terrace leading through the main door to a hallway. From here to one side is a very spacious living room having comfy settees and quality traditional rustic furnishings. Entertainment is provided here by a Satellite TV and a music system. There is also a Piano for those who can play! The large dining area to one side is adjacent to a fitted kitchen, which benefits from all modern appliances.

To the other side of the house and through a passageway can be found the master double bedroom with en-suite bathroom, two further double bedrooms and three twin bedrooms, all equipped with built-in wardrobes and bedside tables. The bedrooms share two family bathrooms in this area.

Outdoors
Outside steps lead down to extensive lawns and mature gardens with palm trees, shrubs and flower beds.

The specially designed swimming pool measuring approximately 10m x 6m has roman steps for easy access and a separate children's pool to one side next to the spacious sun terraces.

At ground level there is also a covered terrace with access to a shower room. A brick built BBQ and patio furniture are provided to enjoy 'Alfresco' dining. Sun beds and parasols are also provided.

The villa has off-road parking for two cars. The combination of its convenient location, large spacious rooms and gardens make the villa idea for a relaxing family holiday.
