VFT/MA/00549 16 Maria de Waard is very close to the beach and amenities. Air-Con & Wi-Fi. This is a beautifully maintained family owned villa situated in a quiet part of Nerja. The property has security gates and has a private pool and gardens. Although its only three to five minutes walk from Burriana beach the property is in a peaceful setting with two spacious terraces having sea and mountain views.

The Villa has three double bedrooms, two of which are on the upper floor and have en-suite facilities. French doors lead from these bedrooms to the upper terrace. The third bedroom is located on the lower floor off the large living / dining room and also has its own WC / shower although not en suite. Also on the lower floor is the separate kitchen which is fully equipped with everything that you would expect in such a family owned property.

To the exterior, the villa has two south facing terraces. The upper, larger terrace enjoys uninterrupted sunshine while the lower covered terrace has furniture and tables for those who wish to enjoy outdoor meals in the typical Spanish style.

The pool has a large area for sunbathing.There is also a barbeque area with dining table and chairs. A large garden compliments the light and welcoming atmosphere of the property.

The property has a private driveway for one car.

Although car hire is by no means essential those who wish to explore the many attractions of this part of Spain will find parking facilities close at hand.

The town centre is just seven to ten minutes walk away. There you will find the world famous Balcon de Europa and a wide choice of restaurants offering many different types of international cuisine to suit all tastes.
