Carabeo 68A, is a high standard penthouse apartment. It is located in what some people say is the best street in Nerja. The apartment is ideally positioned and only a few minutes level stroll to the town´s main square, the famous "Balcon De Europe" and many of the towns´ shops, bars and restaurants.

Just along the road from the apartment there are steps down to a secluded beach and approximately 8 -10 minutes' walk from the apartment is Burriana Beach, the best beach in Nerja.

The apartment is on the south side of the street in an elevated position with magnificent views of the sea, mountains and coastline.

Accommodation

The front door is on Calle Carabeo, as you enter there are stairs leading to to the first floor where there is a lounge with settee, easy chair and other furnishings.

The dining area has a dining table and chairs.

There is a well equipped kitchen with fridge, cooker, ceramic hob, washing machine and microwave. 

This is a 3 bedroom apartment. The master bedroom has a double bed and a balcony with magnificent views over the ocean. There are also 2 additional twin bedded bedrooms located on the first floor level.

All bedrooms have en-suit bathrooms.

Second floor level is accessed by a marble spiral stairway where there is a large lounge with sofa and chairs and digital satellite TV. 

Leading off the lounge through 'French Windows' is a lovely sun terrace which is south facing roof terrace with magnificent views.
