Nerja area
Nerja town centre with the famous 'Balcon de Europe' lined with palm trees has a wonderful atmosphere, a lovely place to simply wander or just watch the world go by over a Spanish coffee or cold beer! There are numerous bars and restaurants amongst the pretty, narrow streets and children are always welcomed. Why not treat yourself to a Portrait by one of the many artists who sit in the main square in the evening or dance the night away at Tutti Frutti Square!

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja is surrounded by the beautiful Sierra Almijara mountains and stunning scenery - our family recently returned from a years stay and we were never short of things to do. The Sierra Nevada for skiing is just 90 minutes away, Granada is a 60 minute drive and the inland lakes are breathtaking. There are beautiful beaches to the East & West of Nerja, those to the East are far more rugged. The award winning beach called 'Burriana' (5 mins drive) is extremely safe for young children, and has a wonderful selection of beach bars & restaurants.
