Modern two bedroom self catering apartment in a complex named Valparaiso just a 5min walk to Burriana beach with communal pool and gardens.
NEW Air Conditioning (Nov 2011) and a Modern Fully Functional Kitchen (2008) have enhanced this desirable property. It has one double bedroom with doors to sun terrace and one bedroom with twin beds and also benefits from a good sized sofa bed in the lounge (with a seperate pull out sofa bed) and a seperate settee.
The Large terrace has 4 sunbeds and table with seating for 4. The terrace can also be part shaded with an over head awning and enjoys tremendous 180deg views of the sea, mountains and surrounding area.
The bathroom has a bath with shower, sink unit, bidet & toilet. There is also allocated underground parking, although due to the quiet location this is not generally needed.
The apartment is on the second (top) floor, hence the views and is serviced by a lift and security entry phone system which also makes it ideal for the disabled.
Nerja lies on the eastern most tip of the Costa Del Sol where the mountains meet the sea. Once a sleepy fishing village, Nerja has retained its Andalucian character, particularly in the old quarter with its narrow cobbled streets and whitewashed houses.
