Residensol is an architect designed collection of unique and stylish homes in a wonderfuly elevated position affording majestic views from its south facing terraces.
The entire design has been specifically created to suit the hilltop on which it is built and the result is a small cluster of high quality imaginative apartments. Its mature and vibrant gardens combine with elegant Moorish domes to give Residensol a feeling of harmony and tranquillity throughout.
Through a security gated entrance, there is an elevator from road level up to an open courtyard and garden area where exotic Frangipani, Hibiscus, Bourganvelea and other tropical plants grow in abundance. It is from here that our apartment is accessed via a short stairway
 
You can find a diverse landscape on the Costa del Sol. It contains everything from mountains, sea, rural villages and popular tourist resorts. The beaches are cleaned every day, with services including restaurants, bars, beach umbrellas, showers, palm trees, disabled access and water sports, to name but a few. You can also find small secluded coves, if that is your preferred taste. There is also magnificent nightlife on offer and stylish boutiques and shops of every kind. It is also perfect for golfers and is known as "golfers paradise" with over 60 golf courses the closest being "Baviera" (par 72) and "Anoreta" (par 71) are within a 20 minute drive

Local Buses from Malaga to Nerja cost approximately 4 euro each

The whole property has been completely refurbished by the owners to a high standard. The accommodation is made up of a double master bedroom with ensuite shower room, and two twin bedrooms with a second bathroom. The kitchen facilities include a cooker, microwave, washing machine, while the spacious dining/lounge area has a fireplace, and offers satellite TV and a CD player as entertainment. The dining/lounge area opens out onto a large private terrace with patio furniture as well as a built in BBQ, there is an additional terrace off the master bedroom with sun beds. The terrace has good views of the development and pool below. The communal pool is surrounded by lawn and gardens and is for the exclusive use of the 15 apartments in this small complex.

Nerja
The town of Nerja is a small, old fishing village that has kept it's old charm, with small narrow streets and many cheap restaurants in the town centre. The area has a very nice climate all year round, which makes it perfect for holidays. It also has much to offer in terms of sight-seeing the famous Nerja caves and the historic village of Frigiliana are only a short drive from burriana.
Burriana Beach itself is only a 15 walk from the centre of Nerja and boasts a wealth of varied bars and restaurants which all welcome children.
