This is a newly built block and apartment which was finished in 2003 and has been furnished and finished with the utmost detail and luxury, situated near the Parador Hotel in the quieter area of Nerja.
This luxury penthouse apartment has 3 bedrooms and is on the top floor of a two story block. There is a double with en-suite shower room & two twin bedrooms, built in wardrobes. There is also a separate bathroom, which has a bath, shower, toilet, sink and bidet.
The lounge/dining room has sofas, television (with English channels) plus a DVD player & dining table. This room leads onto a large balcony which is equipped with outside table & chairs, and gets the afternoon and evening sun. There is also a private large tiled roof terrace which has mountain & sea views. The roof terrace has two tables, chairs, sun beds, parasols, BBQ & an outdoor shower, with all day sun. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with washing machine, fridge-freezer & microwave oven, coffee machine.
Internet Access from April 2010 included within the price.
The apartment also has a built-in safe, hair-dryer & iron. Beach, bath & hand towels are provided for your use during your stay. The block also has a lift and is wheelchair friendly, having ramps, a lift and wide doorways. The only access restricted is to the roof top terrace, this is by staircase.
Use of the indoor swimming pool and fitness centre, located beneath the building, at an extra cost.
Carabeo Beach is only two minutes walk from the apartment. A further two minutes takes you to Burriana Beach, where you can find a full range of water sports & where you can take a boat cruise along the coast. The Balcon de Europa, the centre of Nerja, is only a five minute stroll away.

Plenty of bars, with and without entertainment, restaurants, cultural centre with cinema and shows in English and Spanish and again, plenty of watersports and other activity sports available. Nerja has a running track and sports centre visitors can use. Water park open from Easter to October at 15 mins drive away. Golf course also 15 mins drive away.
