Beautiful, 2 bedroom apartment, only 300 meters from Burriana Beach with sun terrace, fully equipped with kitchen, lounge-dining room, satellite TV, microwave oven and washing machine, communal pool as well as a covered heated pool during the winter season. Nerja
Nerja is a very pleasant area to stroll around in the evening to take in the many stunning views, the street entertainers and to sample the irresistible local ice cream. A tour round the town can be taken in an open buggy- a favourite with children and parents alike.
One of the most popular areasbeing the 'Burriana Playa' superb Blue flagwith its gently sloping golden sand, beachfront bars and numerous restaurants, many of which specialise in fresh fish and see food cooked over charcoal.
Although there are around 350 bars and restaurants in Nerja, it still retains its charm and genuine Spanish character.
A few kilometres east of are the famous Cuevas de Nerja with many prehistoric cave paintings and the longest stalactites in the world, many of which are 63m long.
The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
The Costa del Sol includes about 300km of the Spanish Mediterranean coast belonging to the Provinces of Granada, Malaga and Cadiz. It is protected from the northern winds by a mountain chain which sometimes reaches down to the edge of the sea.
