LOCATION

Situated in a suberb location in the heart of old Nerja Town which is only a couple of minutes walk from the Balcon de Europa and a stones throw from Salon beach. The area is full of cafes and is a delightful place to sit and watch the world go by. For slightly more activity, wander through the maze of streets surrounding the Balcon de Europa which are abundant with shops, restaurants and bars.

Nerja / Burriana Beach area
Lovers of the open air can enjoy the wonderful countryside, or activities such as fishing, diving, water skiing, canoeing, hiking, cycling, horse-riding and parascending are all available. Places to visit include Balcon de Europa, Alhambra Gardens of Granada, Aquapark and Zoo and the Caves de Nerja. There are 2 water parks in the area, 1 at Torre de Mar, the other at Almunecar, both within 30 minutes drive.

Andalucia is renowned for its top golf courses and the unique sunny and warm winter climate allows golf to be popular all year round. There are nearly 60 golf courses in Andalucia. The Anoreta and Baviera Golf Courses are 20 minutes drive away from Nerja. For further details go to: www.andalucia.com/golf

The Penthouse is within 1.5 hours drive of the Sierra Nevada mountains and its wonderful ski resort where you can hire all the necessary ski equipment. The best months are Jan/Feb/March when the skiing is excellent. It is possible through the winter to ski in the morning and swim in the sun at Nerja late afternoon!.

The Costa del Sol/Malaga region
Nerja town, with its quaint, narrow streets and numerous restaurants, pavement bars and shops is approximately 15 minutes walk away. Local supermarkets are in easy walking distance. There is a small express supermarket located on beachfront ideal for top ups and a larger Supersol store located on the main road next to the sports club (10 mins walk). Nerja town centre is 15 mins walk.
