- We deal with the initial enquiry by taking 30% deposit together with a completed booking form.
- Ensure the final balance is paid 8 weeks prior to departure
- Forward 90% of the booking amount to you together with the booking form for you to introduce yourself to the client and arrange access to your property.
- Free login with access to the late deals facility giving you every chance to fill that vacant week!
Silver package, NO WORRIES! (Full Management package) - Free annual fee. 20% commission.
- Full web page advertisement for your property
- We pay to advertise your property elsewhere on the other (larger worldwide) sites to get that additional advertising, we're not too proud to say more is better! Thus leaving no doubts to get you fully booked
- Initial enquiry dealt with including taking the deposit
- We liase with the customer from start to finish including arranging receipt of the final payment (due 8 weeks prior to the clients holiday)
- Take a security deposit (amount set by you)
- Arrange for the cleaning to be completed by your cleaner. Rent In Nerja can also provide their team of cleaners, please ask for details.
- On call during the clients stay, giving you peace of mind!
- Arrange the refund of the security deposit to the customer once confirmation has been provided that everything has been left as it should be within your property
- Send you your money!
