A luxury 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in the hills behind Frigiliana, with private pool, only 15 min drive to the beaches and Nerja, located on the famous Torrox / Frigiliana road with breath taking views to the sea, overlooking fruit trees and the beautiful Andalucian county side. A completely private hide away, with all the luxuries one is looking for, yet within easy reach to bars and restaurants. Not suitable for families with very young children. Internet on a 'pay as you go' basis.
 
Location
Located on the Torrox / Frigiliana road, this villa has excellent access, with the nearest restaurant only 300 meters away. A short drive way provides sufficient parking for up to 3 cars. This villa is approached via a private iron gate with intercom, down several steps. This villa is not suitable for families with young children due to the external and internal steps.
 
Description
This large villa build over two levels, furnished to a high standard. Comprising a spacious entrance hall, with door to cloakroom. Off the entrance hall an arch way leads to the upper TV lounge with doors to the terrace. The opposite side of the entrance hall you find a modern fully equipped kitchen with dining area with two sets of double doors leading to the large south facing terrace. Open stairs lead to the lower level with three bedrooms and three en suite bathrooms. All bedrooms have doors leading to the lower terrace and private pool area. A second cosy lounge is found on the lower level as well as a dining area.
Ceiling fans are in every room throughout the villa.

Various terraces with tables and chairs surround the property, giving everyone the opportunity to either follow the sun or find some shade. Beside the pergola there is a barbecue area with ceramic sink and granite table for working on.
Various sun loungers and sun reclining chairs on different terraces. The main terrace for eating al fresco is just in front of the kitchen dining area also has an extendible awning to provide shade when needed.
