The building Albaida II is very close to the hotel Riu Monica, in the west part of Nerja, only few meters from the Torrecilla beach.

It's a quiet area, although it's close to the shops and restaurants. the apartment is on the seventh floor but the building has a lift and a disable ramp to enter. The apartment has a kitchen, lounge, bedroom and bathroom with huge shower. It's quite bright and you can see a little bit the sea from its balcony, as well as the garden and communal pool.
